How to Survive and Thrive 

A retired US Navy fighter pilot, Captain Charlie Plumb had flown the F-4 Phantom jet on 74 successful combat missions. His jet was shot down on his 75th mission and he survived being a prisoner of war in Vietnam. In my interview with Capt. Plumb, recounted that when he was in prison he realized that to survive you learn to acclimate. He had to survive and thrive outside his mental box. He further shared the lessons he has learned from the experience especially forgiveness, discipline, and making choices in life. How do you survive and thrive in every challenge?
