About Drum Cafe
When one of the Drum Cafe musicians plays out of sync with the rest of the team, it is very noticeable. Like individual drummers, your organization is made up of different rhythms who may be 'drumming to their own beat'.
Drum Cafe demonstrates the importance of working as a team and how individual roles impact the entire organization when they're not playing to the same tune.
By listening to each other play, the group will learn to work more effectively with the rest of the group. By playing to the same beat, they will be able to focus on their common goal - your organization's vision and mission.
Drum Cafe will provide a drum for each person, teach them how to play and how to listen to each other, and within 15 minutes your company will be making music, and drumming to the same beat. This highly entertaining interactive drumming session is fast becoming one of the most dynamic and exciting ways to bring people together.
Group drumming, is all about sharing, about listening to each other and about playing to the same beat. It's about making music together as a company.
